I was appointed as an Associate Professor in 1997, Chairman, Department of Economics University of Karachi, and serving as the same to-date. I am Professor w.e.f. January,1st.2001 to-date. I completed my course work in Canada. I did my Ph.D from University of Karachi, in 2003-04. The title of the theses is "COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AND WAGE DETERMINATION IN PAKISTAN",.The main conclusion is, that through this Process, Labors are satisfied and their Productivity increases.   Primary Research Focus: Industrial Labor Relations, Public Economies , Fisheries Economies , GROWTH.   JEL Areas: J5 : Labor-Management Relations, Trade Unions, and Collective Bargaining: General J : Labor and Demographic Economics
