A special issue of the Journal of Dynamics and Games (JDG) on the conference theme will be published under the guest editorship of Rabah Amir, Gabrielle Demange, Filomena Garcia, Joana Pais, and Frank H. Page.  Papers submitted for this special issue will undergo the normal reviewing process.
