Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Gour Gobinda Goswami has received his Ph.D. in Economics from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA in the field of Intl. Econ. under the supervision of Professor Mohsen Bahmani-Oskooee. Currently, he is Professor in the Dept. of Economics, North South Univ., Dhaka, Bangladesh. So far 21 of his research papers have been enlisted in EconLit. SCOPUS has enlisted 12 of his papers in their archive. He publishes frequently in reputed journals like Applied Economics, Applied Eco. Letters, Australian Eco. Papers, Economics Bulletin, Economic Modelling, Economic Systems, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade, Intl. Review of Applied Economics, Japan and the World Economy, Journal of Economic Development, Journal of Economic Studies, Journal of Economics and Finance, Review of Political Economy, Review of Social Economy, Southern Economic Journal, and The Journal of Developing Areas. He is married with Anima and has been blessed with two daughters named Srishti and Prapti. |
