University Ave. College of Business Laramie, WY 82071 USA   shaffer@uwyo.edu     Biographical Sketch: Sherrill Shaffer is the Guthrie Professor of Banking and Financial Services at the University of Wyoming and a Research Associate of CAMA(Australian National University). He was a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University in 2004, a Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in 2014, and a member of the Wyoming State Banking Board since 2014. Sherrill previously held official positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and served in the Banking Studies Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
