Subsequently took Research Staff position with the Center for Naval Analyses in Alexandria, Virginia. Paper from dissertation, "Is Charitable Giving by Nonitemizers Responsive to Tax Incentives? New Evidence", was published in the National Tax Journal in 1999. Had another paper, "One-Person, One-Vote and the Constitutionality of the Winner-Take-All Allocation of Electoral College Votes", published in the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy in 2006.
