Georgia Kosmopoulou Department of Economics, University of Oklahoma   ,   georgiak@ou.edu     Biographical Sketch: Professor Kosmopoulou completed her undergraduate work at the University of Piraeus in Greece and received her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1996.
