Lamiae Benhayoun, PhD is researcher professor at Rabat Business School, International University of Rabat, Morocco. She holds an engineering degree in Telecommunications and a Ph.D. with a double qualification in Management Sciences and Automation Engineering. Her research interests include collaborative innovation and digital transformation, with a focus on knowledge management and maturity assessment. Dr. Benhayoun also strives to transfer academic knowledge to socio-economic actors through case studies’ writing and the design of audit tools.
