Biographical Sketch:
Ridwan Rusli conducts research in regulation theory, corporate finance and public economics at the Center for Research in Economic Analysis (CREA), Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance, University of Luxembourg. He was formerly Adjunct Research Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. He focuses on state owned enterprise regulation, governance and financing; energy- and natural resource policy. Prior to returning to academia he was financial advisor to governments and companies in Asia and Europe. His advisory work included sovereign and corporate debt restructurings, state owned enterprise restructurings and privatizations, bank- and capital market financings, corporate strategy and M&A. He holds MSc. degrees in Management and Chemical Engineering from MIT and a Diplom Chemiker from TU Berlin. |
