HOUSING
The
University of Washington newly built West Campus residence halls feature rooms
with private restrooms, wireless Internet, and close proximity to the Henry Art
Gallery and the Meany Hall for the Performing Arts. All rooms are furnished
with twin-size beds, desks, nightstands, dressers, bedding, towels, a small
fan, soap, toilet paper and drinking cups. West Campus also boasts our
full-service restaurant (Cultivate) and campus grocery store (District Market).
For off-campus activities, guests have easy access to The Ave, which hosts a
number of restaurants, late-night activities and retail establishments.

Extra
nights (July 9 and July 13) are available on a first-come/first-served

Roommate
matching If you do not have a roommate but would like to share a
double room, please indicate that during the reservation process and every
effort will be made to assign you a same-gender roommate. If no roommate
is available, you will be given the option to upgrade to a single housing
package.
Refunds/Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and must be received by June
10, 2014. Cancellations result in a $50.00 handling fee, with the
remaining balance available for refund. No refund is available after June
10, 2014.
