Registration REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN Participant Registration Fees (inclusive of 18% VAT)   Early Registration Until May 14, 2010 Late Registration Regular participant 280 € 330 € Students and non-presenting attendees 230 € 280 € Accompanying persons are welcome to attend all social events for a fee of 125 €. Each accompanying person is asked to kindly register as Guest on the Registration page. The registration includes: -Transportation to and from conference hotels (Ortaköy Princess, La Maison, Maslak Sheraton) to venue (in the morning and at the end of sessions) -Access to all sessions -Meeting kit and meeting documents -Coffee breaks and lunches -The welcome cocktail -The Bosphorus Cruise and the Conference Dinner CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS Cancellations must be always confirmed in writing: please include all relevant bank information. Fees will be refunded only for cancellations received before June 1, 2010. No refunds will be possible for cancellations received after this date. An administrative charge will be deducted for each refund.  Refunds will be paid after the Meeting.
