I was born in Istanbul in 1969. I've got BA in Economics from Ankara University. I completed my MA in economics at the American University, Washington, DC. I got my Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University in 2000. Now, I am working as an assistant professor of economics at the Zonguldak Karaelmas University
