Mrs Irene Fafaliou is a lecturer in Industrial Economics at the Dept. of Economics, University of Piraeus, Greece. She holds a Ph.D in Economics from the University of Leicester, UK and a post-graduate diploma in Manpower Studies and Industrial Relations from the University of Manchester (UMIST). A number of her articles have been published at international journals.
