All attendees, including session chairs and speakers, must register and pay the registration fee.
For conference participants all meals for the three day conference (breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus coffee breaks) are included under the registration fee.
Name badges are required for all meeting functions. Registration fee admits you to all technical sessions, the Saturday night Reception, coffee breaks, breakfasts, lunches, and dinner.
Refunds/cancellations: must be received in writing (to ASiegel@Arizona.edu) no later than May 1, 2010 for a refund less $50 processing fee.
Note that there may be a cap imposed on the number of student registrations, so we encourage the students to register early!
*Student registration requirements:
Registration as a student requires that a student is full-time (9 credit hours or more) at time of registration AND written confirmation of student status is received from the student's advisor or department head.
Student registration will be “pending” until the above is received and verified.
The student's advisor or department head must send an email to ASiegel@Arizona.edu and include the student's name, university affiliation, and number of credit hours student is enrolled in by the registration deadline date.
The email address MUST be the same as the person doing the referral. For instance, a secretary working for your advisor cannot send the statement. It must come from the advisor him/herself.
